Rooted in family tradition and built over nearly four decades, McGrath Ranch is a place where hunting, land stewardship, and time together matter most.

McGrath Ranch was born from a simple belief: the outdoors brings people together.

Growing up in a family of ten children—nine of us boys—hunting was the one tradition we could always afford to share. From the first day I laced up a pair of boots, the land, the hunt, and the time spent together shaped who I am. Years later, I was fortunate to marry my wife, who comes from a hunting family of her own. Together, over the past 43 years, we’ve finally built what we consider a dream ranch in one of the most beautiful regions of Texas.

After looking at numerous ranches for the perfect fit, we acquired the historic Elm Creek Ranch from the Branscome family—land that has welcomed notable guests over the years, including Wal-Mart's Sam Walton. Today, that legacy lives on as McGrath Ranch.

Created for avid sportsmen and families alike, McGrath Ranch is a place to stay active from sunrise to sundown, to slow down when it matters most, and to pass along the traditions of hunting, fishing, and shooting to the next generation.
